When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and the items you ordered. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and never touch our servers — we only receive a confirmation token.
Service providers strictly needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, and our hosting/email infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information.
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and audit purposes. You can request deletion of non-required data at any time.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing nm.shop1111@gmail.com.
