Refund Policy

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or free replacement. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation and reship or refund.

Non-returnable items

For safety and regulatory reasons, opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged vials may be returned within 14 days at the buyer's shipping expense (restocking fee may apply).

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, the policies above apply.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
